Human Resource Director
Required skills and experience:
- Clear understanding of Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) compliance requirements Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Programs (AAP, including development of corporate plans and procedures) as well as corporate audit responsibilities for OFCCP compliance
- Knowledge of Department of Labor HIRE Vets Medallion requirements and all supporting documentation and tracking
- 5 years experience administering general human resources for DOD contractor to include development and maintenance of plans, policies and procedures
- 5 years experience recruiting and onboarding technical personnel for DOD contracts
- Develop and provide required HR training to employees
- Clear understanding of required placards, employee notifications and other employee-facing requirements
- Complete required census data collection and reporting
- Ability to assist the organization with growth, including development of HR team to grow with the organization
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, or Business degree with concentration/minor in HRM
- SHRM-CP certification or equivalent
Notes:
- Required that the applicant either hold a current national security clearance or is able to obtain one
- All positions are full time
- Located in Panama City preferred / remote potential
- Travel up to 25% may be required
